Do I really pay nothing until I approve my protocol?

Correct. The eligibility check, doctor assessment and protocol preparation all happen before any payment is requested. You receive your full protocol and pricing by email. Only once you confirm you want to proceed does payment occur.

Is the doctor consult genuinely free?

Yes. The doctor assessment is included in the process at no separate charge. There is no consultation fee billed to you at the eligibility or assessment stage.

What if the doctor decides I am not suitable?

Treatment is not guaranteed. If the doctor determines the pathway is not clinically appropriate for you, the process stops there. No payment is taken and you are notified by email.

How long does the process take from eligibility to delivery?

Doctor contact is made within 24 hours of your submission. Protocol preparation typically takes a few business days. Once approved and payment confirmed, pharmacy compounding and delivery takes approximately 10 working days.

Are the pharmacies Australian and regulated?

Yes. All treatments are compounded by Australian licensed compounding pharmacies operating under TGA regulations. Every batch is tested before dispatch. We do not source from overseas suppliers or grey market providers.
