Payment only occurs after you have reviewed and approved your doctor-written protocol and the full pricing. You receive everything by email. If the pathway and pricing suit you, you confirm and payment proceeds. If not, you walk away at no cost.

Doctor contact is made within 24 hours of your eligibility submission. Protocol preparation typically takes a few business days. Once you approve and payment is confirmed, pharmacy compounding and cold-chain delivery takes approximately 10 working days.

No. You start with the eligibility form. UHD coordinates the doctor assessment from there. You do not need a GP referral or an existing prescription to begin the process.

You need to be 18 or over and living in Australia. The eligibility form also asks about pregnancy, breastfeeding and your medical history so the doctor can decide what is safe for you.

No. Everything happens online and by email and text, from your eligibility form through to delivery, anywhere in Australia.

All doctors involved in the UHD BioHealth process are licensed Australian prescribing doctors. They operate independently and their clinical decisions are not influenced by UHD. If a doctor determines a treatment is not appropriate, that decision stands.

Treatment is not guaranteed. If the doctor determines the pathway is not clinically appropriate for you, the process stops. No payment is taken. You are notified by email.

Your protocol is a doctor-written document that includes the proposed treatment, the dosing schedule, the duration and the full pricing. It is presented to you in writing by email before any payment is requested.

You can indicate a goal area or a known request when submitting your eligibility form. However the doctor makes the clinical determination. UHD does not guarantee that a specific treatment will be prescribed.

Yes. Before anything is prescribed you have a short telehealth consult with the prescribing doctor. They go through your protocol, check your suitability and answer any clinical questions.

Not necessarily. List everything you take, including supplements, on your form. The doctor checks every item for interactions and will only recommend what is safe alongside it.

Sometimes. If the doctor needs recent results to make a safe decision, they will ask for them before or during your protocol. If you already have recent bloods, include them.

Yes, and we encourage it. Your protocol is yours to keep and share with anyone involved in your care.

Let us know. Your doctor reviews any change and your protocol is adjusted if needed. Nothing changes without the doctor involved.

Yes. All treatments are compounded by Australian licensed compounding pharmacies operating under TGA regulations. We do not source from overseas suppliers, grey market providers or unregulated sources under any circumstances.

Cold-chain delivery means your treatment is kept refrigerated from the moment it leaves the pharmacy to when it arrives at your door. Your order arrives in an insulated package with ice packs.

Yes. All treatments are delivered pre-mixed and ready to use. You do not need to reconstitute anything. Everything comes prepared by the pharmacy to the exact protocol specification.

UHD coordinates ongoing supply through your support team. Repeat orders follow the same process. If your protocol requires adjustment your doctor is involved in any changes.

UHD BioHealth services all Australian states and territories. Delivery is available Australia-wide via cold-chain courier. Eligibility requirements and available pathways may vary by state depending on local regulations.

Most people find it far easier than they expect. It is a very short, fine needle into the fat of the stomach, not into muscle. You are shown how at your doctor consult, and needles and swabs are included.

Anything that arrives cold goes straight into the fridge, between 2 and 8 degrees. Do not freeze it. Capsules and supplements are kept at room temperature.

No. Our supplements are prepared by an Australian licensed pharmacy but do not need a prescription, and they ship by standard post.

It depends on what the doctor recommends for you. Every cost is listed in your protocol before you pay, including the treatment, any prescription fees and delivery. Nothing is added later.

No. This is a private service, so Medicare rebates and PBS subsidies do not apply.

Yes. Your health information is only shared with the doctors and pharmacy involved in your care, and is handled in line with our privacy policy.
