Your compounded treatment is dispensed and delivered by an Australian licensed pharmacy

Once you approve and pay, your case goes to an independent external AHPRA-registered prescribing doctor who conducts their own clinical review. If satisfied, they issue the prescription. Your treatment is then compounded fresh to order at an Australian licensed compounding pharmacy, independently tested for purity and sterility, and delivered cold-chain to your door. Pre-mixed and ready to use.

Is the eligibility check really free?

Yes. Submitting your eligibility form, the in-house doctor assessment, protocol preparation and full pricing presentation are all included at no cost. You only pay once you have reviewed your complete protocol and decided to proceed.
Who writes the protocol?

Your protocol is written by our in-house AHPRA-registered prescribing doctor after reviewing your eligibility form. Once you approve and pay, an independent external prescribing doctor conducts their own separate clinical review and issues the prescription. Two doctors. Two separate assessments.
What happens if I am not approved?

If the in-house doctor determines treatment is not appropriate for you, there is no charge. We will let you know clearly and explain why. Every patient receives the same thorough process regardless of outcome.
What if the external doctor does not approve after I have paid?

In the unlikely event the independent external doctor determines treatment cannot proceed following their review, you will be refunded in full immediately.
Where is the pharmacy?

We work with Australian licensed compounding pharmacies. Your treatment is compounded fresh to order, independently tested for purity and sterility, and dispatched via cold-chain delivery direct to your door anywhere in Australia.
What does the protocol actually include?

Your protocol is a comprehensive clinical document covering proposed treatment, dosing schedule, administration instructions, nutrition guidance, movement recommendations, monitoring requirements, contraindications and full pricing. Typically around 10 pages, written specifically for you based on your eligibility form. Not a template.
Can I ask questions before I commit?

Yes. You receive your full protocol and pricing in writing before any payment is required. You can ask questions, take time to review and walk away at any point at no cost.
Do I need to come in for an appointment?
