Doctor contact is made within 24 hours of your eligibility submission. Protocol preparation typically takes a few business days. Once you approve and payment is confirmed, pharmacy compounding and cold-chain delivery takes approximately 10 working days.

No. You start with the eligibility form. UHD coordinates the doctor assessment from there. You do not need a GP referral or an existing prescription to begin the process.

All doctors involved in the UHD BioHealth process are licensed Australian prescribing doctors. They operate independently and their clinical decisions are not influenced by UHD. If a doctor determines a treatment is not appropriate, that decision stands.

Treatment is not guaranteed. If the doctor determines the pathway is not clinically appropriate for you, the process stops. No payment is taken. You are notified by email.

Your protocol is a doctor-written document that includes the proposed treatment, the dosing schedule, the duration and the full pricing. It is presented to you in writing by email before any payment is requested.

Yes. All treatments are compounded by Australian licensed compounding pharmacies operating under TGA regulations. We do not source from overseas suppliers, grey market providers or unregulated sources under any circumstances.

Cold-chain delivery means your treatment is kept refrigerated from the moment it leaves the pharmacy to when it arrives at your door. Your order arrives in an insulated package with ice packs.

Yes. All treatments are delivered pre-mixed and ready to use. You do not need to reconstitute anything. Everything comes prepared by the pharmacy to the exact protocol specification.

UHD coordinates ongoing supply through your support team. Repeat orders follow the same process. If your protocol requires adjustment your doctor is involved in any changes.
