CORE is a single-capsule daily probiotic containing four high-potency live bacterial strains selected for their studied roles in gut barrier integrity, metabolic function and digestive health. At 60 billion CFU per capsule, this is not a token dose.

Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis BLa80
Studied for its relationship with gut barrier function, immune modulation and digestive health. BLa80 is one of the more researched Bifidobacterium strains in the context of metabolic and gastrointestinal health.
Lacticaseibacillus casei LC89
Studied for its relationship with digestive comfort, gut microbiota composition and general gastrointestinal function. LC89 is a well-characterised strain with a robust research profile in the area of gut health.
Limosilactobacillus reuteri LR08
Studied for its relationship with gut barrier integrity, inflammatory pathways and metabolic function. LR08 is a strain of Lactobacillus reuteri, one of the most extensively studied probiotic species.
Lactiplantibacillus plantarum Lp90
Studied for its relationship with gut microbiota diversity, digestive function and metabolic health. Lp90 is a strain of Lactobacillus plantarum, studied for its capacity to survive transit through the gastrointestinal tract and colonise effectively.
These four strains are studied for their synergistic relationship with healthy digestion, gut barrier integrity and metabolic function including insulin sensitivity pathways and body composition markers. Probiotic research is an evolving field and individual responses vary.
Directions for use: Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with food. Remove directly from the fridge and consume immediately. Do not leave at room temperature for extended periods.
