UHD BioHealth is a doctor-led telehealth clinic based in Melbourne, caring for Australians wherever they live. We exist so people can get a doctor's proper look at their health, and treatment only when it's suitable, without the risks of doing it alone.
Why we exist
Our founder has spent more than 15 years in metabolic health and health coaching. In that time, interest in doctor-led care for energy, metabolism, recovery and healthy ageing has grown enormously. So has the number of health products sold online with no doctor, no testing and no guidance on how to use them safely.
People are going to look for help either way. We started UHD BioHealth so Australians can get it properly, assessed by a doctor, treated only when it's suitable, with anything prescribed made by an Australian pharmacy, and supported the whole way through.
What we do differently
- An in-depth assessment. You start with a detailed health questionnaire covering your goals, symptoms, medical and family history, medications, lifestyle and a dedicated safety check. An AHPRA-registered doctor reads every answer, usually within 24 hours.
- You see everything before you pay. Your written plan explains where you're at, what your doctor recommends and why, and every cost. The questionnaire, the review and the plan are free.
- Two doctors, not one. Before anything is prescribed, a second, independent doctor reviews your plan and speaks with you.
- Bloodwork when it helps. If your doctor thinks tests should come first, that's what your plan will say, and we arrange them for you. There's no separate GP appointment needed.
- Support after the script. We stay with you after your order arrives, with check-ins, answers to your questions and help when something doesn't feel right.
Who looks after you
Clinical decisions are made independently by a team of six AHPRA-registered doctors at our partner medical practice. They decide what's suitable, and nothing is prescribed without their approval.
Alongside them, our patient care team, led by Tim, is your one point of contact from your questionnaire to your delivery and beyond. Questions go to a real person, not a ticketing system.
