UHD Annual Onboarding & Support Access
This annual onboarding gives eligible Australian adults access to the UHD BioHealth member pathway for setup, support and coordination. It does not guarantee prescription treatment.
Included for 12 months
- UHD member account setup
- Clinical intake setup and pathway review
- Doctor review coordination through the UHD process
- Pharmacy coordination where a doctor approves a prescription treatment
- Support onboarding and guidance on next steps
- Access to pathway education and request forms inside the member portal
Important
- Doctor approval is required before any prescription treatment can be supplied.
- Treatment is not guaranteed.
- If a doctor determines a prescription treatment is not clinically suitable, prescription treatment will not be supplied.
- This onboarding fee covers UHD setup, coordination and support access. Treatment, pharmacy and pathology costs are separate unless clearly stated.
